Relaxing massage, suitable from the 2nd trimester for 60 minutes. Massage in your home environment.

Helping and supporting during hard times in breastfeeding. Visit at your home lasting 90 minutes. The price includes short online or telephone support for a period of 2 weeks.

Breastfeeding preparation for pregnant women: personal/online        

Personal extensive preparation for breastfeeding before birth lasting 2.5-3 hours. Specifics of breastfeeding in the first days after birth, important information for long-term problem-free breastfeeding. Breastfeeding after caesarean section. Practical demonstrations and practice of breastfeeding positions.

Baby Wearing 

Individual personal baby wearing counselling lasting 60-90 minutes. I will teach you and your partner basic wraps. Help choosing or borrowing a sling or carrier and setting it up. The price includes short online or telephone support for a period of 2 weeks.

Accompaniment during childbirth

Includes on call for your childbirth (6 000 CZK), presence at the birth and two postpartum visits (lactation counselling, baby wearing, postpartum mum care)

Continuous support

Continuous care during the entire maternity journey. Antenatal preparation 

(4 lessons), support during childbirth and 4 appointments after birth at your home (lactation counselling, massages, baby wearing advice).

The price is fix, without increasing for transport and parking fees.

Individual preparation for childbirth - 4 meetings (up to 10 hours)

Intensive antepartum course. Each of the 4 meetings lasts minimum 2 hours. Topics: final weeks of pregnancy, birth and interventions, breastfeeding, baby handling.
